Samples
Order Samples >IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
Subject to availability, all samples ordered by 2pm are despatched the same day. However, for UK manufactured samples, please allow up to 5 days. Samples are invoiced and can be returned within 30 days in perfect condition for full credit.
BESPOKE SAMPLES
Samples from China are subject to a courier charge. We accept no liability for samples not being exact, due to non-availability of materials from China.
If as a consequence or due to design changes further samples are required, these will be charged. Lead time for bespoke samples from China is normally 2 to 3 weeks. The minimum quantity for orders from China is usually 500 units, although for higher priced items 250 units may be accepted and for lower priced items, a minimum quantity of 1000 units applies.
Lead time for UK bespoke samples is usually 7 to 10 working days, depending on material availability. These are invoiced and cannot be credited. If a specific colour is required, please advise Pantone reference. We will endeavour to match the colour of the material to this Pantone colour, although it may not match exactly.
Any bespoke work is undertaken on the understanding that it is not in breach of copyright. Legal action taken against us will be referred to the customer as their responsibility.
